Create a lifecycle management template

The procedure below describes how to create a lifecycle management template.

To create a lifecycle management template:

1. In the Teams Management portal’s navigation menu pane, select Lifecycle Management Template.

2. Click Create;the following appears:

   

3. In the 'Template Name' field, enter the name of the template, and then click OK.

4. In the 'Enable Enterprise Voice' field, click Enable.

5. For Additional Policies:

   1. Add the 'OnlineVoiceRouting' policy and configure it as 'LiveHub <teams-connection-prefix>'.

   2. Optionally add additional policies and configure them as needed.

   

6. Click Submit All Changes.
